·      Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program

o     Provides low-interest loans to low- and moderate-income property owners to make necessary home improvements

·      Homeownership Assistance Program

o     Provides financial assistance for down payment and closing costs to eligible homebuyers for the purchase of existing and newly constructed homes in certain areas of the city
