·      21-room assisted living facility; licensed as a Residential Care Facility II (RCF II)

·      Full-time licensed nurses and personal assistants on duty 24 hours per day

·      Medication assistance and supervision

·      Three daily well-balanced meals (with snacks)

·      Daily housekeeping and laundry services

·      Assistance upon request with bathing, dressing, grooming, or other hygiene services

·      Private and semi-private rooms with large closets and full private baths

·      Beauty salon (weekly visits from beautician)

·      Physical, occupational, or speech therapy services available
