Fees:                  Call for fee information; Medicaid accepted and some assistance available for those who qualify

Eligibility:           Adults (priority to age 65 and older)

Services:  

·      State-licensed adult day health care for older adults who need socialization and assistance during the day

·      Nursing supervision and individual care plans

·      Hot noon meal and healthy snacks

·      Daily activities and exercise

·      Respite for caregivers

·      Intergenerational and fun atmosphere with a caring staff and interaction with college students

·      Applicants are evaluated by staff to determine if adult day health care is appropriate
